Multi State Carry Permits
There are several multi state carry permits that can be obtained by Maryland Residents. Capstone can assist you with obtaining these permits!
Below are reciprocity maps of several of the permits that we can assist you in obtaining. Please feel free to call us anytime if you have any questions or wish to attend a class.

Capstone is certified by Utah to teach the class needed to apply for this non resident permit. This class is approximately FOUR hours long and there is no live fire component required for this permit. Once you have attended a class with us, we will fingerprint you, photograph you (photo is needed for the permit) and we will submit your application for you. The fee to Utah is $63.25 which can be paid with a check, money order or credit card.
Florida will issue a permit to a resident outside of their state, including Maryland residents. However, the applicant must provide a certificate to Florida showing they have demonstrated that they are proficient with the safe handling of a handgun. Capstone can assist you with obtaining this permit! After you have successfully completed the class and live fire component, you can use the Florida portal to apply. Everything can be done in the portal EXCEPT the fingerprints. Capstone can fingerprint you for this permit. Once you have been fingerprinted, you will mail the fingerprint card along with the confirmation email that Florida will send you, back to Florida so they can process your application. The fee for the Florida application is $97.00 and that can be paid in portal as well. The link to the portal is:

Arizona will issue a concealed carry permit to any US citizen as long as they are not prohibited from owning or possessing firearms. The applicant must provide a certificate to Florida showing they have demonstrated that they are proficient with the safe handling of a handgun. Once the applicant has successfully completed the class and live fire component, Capstone will provide you with an application for Arizona and we will fingerprint you as well. The Arizona application fee is $60.
Pennsylvania does issue permits to NON residents. However, a non PA resident must have their home state permit BEFORE PA will issue one. So, a MD resident may apply for a PA permit once MD has issued one to you. You can apply for a PA permit by clicking HERE.
